Refrigerated compartment for transporting a body in a funeral vehicle
The structure of the box is made of sandwich panel thickness 75 mm, rigid polyurethane foam insulation density 40 kg/m3, insulation value 0.346 W / mK compliant with CFC regulations, polyester skin coating washable inside to facilitate maintenance and cleaning. The door is of the tailgate type with gas cylinder, LED lighting on door contact and secure closing (by force). Use a stretcher Ref 4400/60 of width 60cm.
Mounting of the group in side, side door side. The group is equipped with a very powerful converter 12V / 230V is independent of the group, in order to feed the group either by the battery of the vehicle (while driving) or on the sector (while stopped). This configuration allows a very great flexibility of use for all the vehicles of transport with diesel engine and powerful alternator.
Cooling capacity: 596 W, gas R 134A according to CFC regulation, power supply 12V or 230 Volts / 16A / 50 Hz, IP55 protection, nominal power 385W, 2,28A (absorption), hermetic refrigeration equipment protected by a safety device against over temperature: temperature range +2°C to +10°C for a maximum ambient temperature of +43°C, automatic temperature control, digital temperature display on the unit, on/off switch (optional possibility of transfer to the interior of the cabin), ventilated evaporator integrated in the unit and compact (fits only 7cm inside the cabinet), programmed automatic defrosting.
One body track : Ref.4430. All stainless steel 304 with 2 guide rails for stretcher. Ref.4400/50 or Ref.4400/60, screwed on the floor of the casing
Before the coffin : Secure system : a removable blocking device with quick fixing on an adjustable rack, 2 left and right guides for the stretcher, a removable bib (can be removed) : folding plate with quick fixing on both sides.
After the coffin has been placed in the coffin: Coffin holder roller with guide on supporting balls to facilitate the sliding of the coffin.
