How to equip the technical room?


 
The death room, referred to in article L. 2223-39 of the general code of territorial communities, must have a public area for families and a technical area reserved for conservation and the preparation of the body, including in the public health institutions, bodies of children that can be reported without the vital life.
 
The public area:
 
The public area of the death room includes, at a minimum, a local presentation of the body of the deceased as well as the bodies of the children that can be reported without life, in public health facilities and a local home for families.
 
It may also include a waiting room for families and a ceremonial hall.
 
The technical area:
 
If the room temperature there exceeds 17 ° C, room presentation of the body must be equipped with refrigeration equipment enabling the viewing of the body. This room is provided with a ventilation ensuring a renewal of air of at least a volume per hour during the presentation of the body.
